I would be careful; it is an automatic, and with that many miles the trans is probably ready to go out...automatics being unreliable and not very long lasting and stuff.

I have driven several straight trucks with the allison 1000 series in it that have 1,000,000 or right at 1,000,000 miles on the clock with no over hauls on the trans and they still shifted great the same with the 2000 and 3000 series.
