Hey fellas, I’ve been bouncing around the idea of triples for my next setup. What are your thoughts on 72stg2r and sxe372’s as atmosphere chargers? Will likely be going to a 14mm cp3 or twin over my 12 and 250’s or so. Right now I’m pulling my 14k fifth wheel to the track and would love to continue doing so with this setup. Thoughts? Any guesses as to what it could make power wise?

Your injectors are going to hold you back to the 1200hp matk. Save your money and get a 10mm pump. Also would do s369s.

Ya, I just wanted to stay somewhat driveable with the 250’s. Pulling a trailer with anything bigger might be a little bit much, but 1400-1500rwhp is where I ultimately would like to be. What injectors would you recommend for those power levels? Was thinking the 372 would leave a bit of room for growth.

Nothing in that power range will work pulling. I would say you would need 400s since it's a lmm.

You ain't gunna tow 15k with 1500hp on tap just letting you know... Can't have a race truck and a tow truck all in one...

They will be Lbz injectors like I have now. Do you think that turbo setup would be capable of those power levels? My only reason for wanting the vgt in the valley is to try and maintain some street manners/towabililty (don’t think that’s a word, you know what I mean:D).

I have been around long enough, kinda knew this was the response I would get as far as power levels and towing. I have absolutely no experience with a truck of those power levels. But I am gonna do my very best to prove ya wrong, if nobody tried to do the impossible we wouldn’t be where we’re at in this industry.
My favourite part about my current setup is pulling the trailer out of the pits after beating on dedicated trailer queens. It’s always good for a couple confused looks.

The s369’s should get you there but the valley vgt will be your restriction. Could probably get more if you gate around it. I was told by hsp you would need a s468 for the 12-1300whp range and a s472 for the 1400-1500 range. It sounds good but then I started thinking how much more stress the converter and everything else will be taking. I’m shooting for a true 1100ish with my 68 stg2r/71mm turbine and s369’s. Going with exergy 150’s but hoping they aren’t too smokey since I tow often as well. I’ll let you know how my setup goes by mid November.

Still not enough fuel. Everyone compares injector percentages not realizing that's over factory flow. A lly 200% flows almost the same as a lbz 250%.
Josh H on here has a great deal on some lbz 250s

Ya I’ve been looking at his injectors, need to finish building a house before I can move forward with the truck. Any guesses on where the 72 vgt ungated with the 369’s would run outta air assuming fuel is not an issue?

I think harbin made 1200 on 72 and 69s. Not sure though.

Depends on which calculator I use but mine is somewhere in the 1175-1325hp at the tire area lol. 72R with two SXE369's and 200% LBZ inj. Still tows my 4500# boat pretty well

My latest LLY setup is a 472 on top with 2-369 T4 atmospheres, 125% injectors. Stock valley CP, big Industrial stroker on top. Enough fuel. Makes just shy of 1300hp which is plenty. Hard tuning the smoke out at 4400-6500' elevation. I run mostly on tune 2, sometimes 1 and sometimes 3, anything more is unnecessary for street. I don't tow and doubt this setup would be very good.
