I would pm mark on drive pressure. I thought there was an old thread that talked about that. As far as my dp dont no, I dont keep it turned up unless im racing. I was told if you keep the boost under 36 38 it is not that bad, but up in the 40 plus range dp will go up.

I was wondering the same thing. 700-800 hp seems drive would be through the roof?

Things are changing with the tuning on these chargers...;)

I have a buddy with a 750 rwhp LBZ with a 4094 that stays cooler than mine does. I have no clue what the DP is but it can't be that high since the EGT's stay around 1500...

68MM VGT has made a max of 740 HP and the 72mm has made 821..... I was hitting about 62 lbs of drive pressure on my big tune, 40 lbs of boost. My big tune made 678 on the dyno.

Nice numbers. I know my truck runs 1500 on a pass, and I tow about 10000# , stays below 1250 while towing

Sounds like Mark has this figured out guys :thumb:

And IMO 60psi of drive isnt bad, hell a stock turbo probably does that much!

I've seen S475's rap a 100psi drive pressure guage so to only see 80psi in an 800+hp vgt setup I'd consider that pretty damn good! There are alot of factors that go into drive pressure production and knowing these factors will greatly affect performance.
