I agree.. The first dyno day that they had all the numbers seemed high but every subsequent time we've been there the numbers are spot on.. It's usually within 10-20hp of Dunbar's dyno..

A maxxed out LB7 tune or LLY tune only truck with lift pump etc will usually put down 500hp or 510 at the most. Which is pretty much the same as everyone else.

Even if it's 100hp off, 630hp on an LBZ isn't too shabby huh? We could take it to the strip if I could convince Jerrod :hug::p.

the strip would definetly back your numbers. How has it been doing this year in front of the sled???

did it pull at any big events this year to size it up against other well known trucks?

We qualified for the 2.8 class at Schieds and got I think 22nd or 23rd. Qualifying itself was good enough for me. We also pulled 2.6 class with a 64mm Cheetah at the DHRA nationals in Indy and got 4th. For what it is, it does good IMO.

Dynojet.. It's Danville Performance's

4200rpm's and the turbo is only making 38 psi or so...That's probably why the tq is a bit low.

I could turn up the vane position to make more boost and torque but the hp would suffer.

Also we weren't turning the dual pumps on until 3000 rpms. We're working on a microprocessor controlled dual pump controller that will allow both pumps to completely shut off(electrically.. which = full fuel) if you so choose. They aren't finished so we were just flipping the second pump on with a switch.... Mad Max style.

Just goes to show that with the proper tuning you can make a motor live. It's been to over 15 sled pulls this year and probably the same amount last year and it's been over 600hp for most of it's life 20,000 miles. I attribute it all to the injectors.Brayden

Nice numbers lets see some track times.:) Lets see it go 50,000+ then i would say it lived a long life. Im still not convinced injectors will stop LBZ -LMM pistons from cracking or getting holes jmo thoe

Nothing has changed since Scheids...

And yes the injectors are available from us.



Tommy... With dual fuelers and stock injectors there is no other way to make more power after you've maxed the tune out.. you just can't keep adding pulsewidth... The injectors allow you to cut it in half or better which in turn allows lower timing.. Which in turn saves motors.

And FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!! Jerrod agreed to let us drag race the truck !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eddy (05smoker) Tell Ray to get his drag racing shoes on.. we're going racing next week.

PS.. I ordered a bottle today ;)

If we can't kill it at the strip on fuel then I'm going to spray it into the 10's and get kicked out ;)
