Ya, I still have the regular head studs too. It is the only thing I am a little worried about. I just couldn't bring myself to spend the extra money on the fancy studs when I already had the standard ones, but if the 14mm studs had been available when I built my engine, I might have used them. I'm kind of interested to see what kind of boost numbers I see with my twins. I won't have a wastegate on mine either.4708. i decided to go that route because 1. i got a awesome deal on it, and 2. when i saw bigbird post up about 90+ lbs boost with his i said screw that. i only have regular headstuds. he said he was putting a wastegate in the limit it to about 80lbs. well mine sees that without the added money of a wastegate.
How were the EGTs on your 1/8 mile run? Did you do any significant weight reduction (anything more than dropping the tailgate and/or spare tire)?
