My understanding is start by taking your pw from your big tune with your stock injectors and then from about 1800 - 4000 rpm range you subtract 20% that is a good starting point.

2800pw x 20% = 560pw

2800pw - 560pw = 2240pw

A 2000 us would be fairly equal in fuel to a 3100us. I would then go up to what can support 22000 psi at wot.

Im not sure i would put that much fuel to a stock turbo?? on my 60% overs and dual pumps i ran 11.71 @119 with the s475 batmo and egts got to 1700* about 6 runs later i had a nice hole in the stock piston. 2496pw 29.5* timing

Are you talking about 2000us being too much? That would fairly equal to a hot tune with stock sticks. That would be a starting point. To hold rail on a single stock pump you may even have to go down. Each truck is different.

I'll try 10% and go from there. Thanks man I appreciate it

Think I'm going to try 28 degrees timing with 2425 (what I've been running) with a 115-120 fuel shot.. sound like power, or one big disaster to you guys? Too much timing?

No sorry i should have quoted him, 2400pw is ALOT of fuel with 60% overs and a stock turbo. Shit will be hot and i dont see a stock cp3 holding rail.
