It should interchange when used as a complete assembly. Lube holes are restricted and I'm not sure I like it.

This is what I have found on it from Allison.. It seems the drums are interchangeable but the shafts are not unless you swap them all.
The current 2010 Uprate Turbine Shaft Assembly P/N 29548947 and the Main Shaft P/N 29546284 are backwards
compatible as long as all the Pre 2010 Uprate shafts are replaced with a set of current 2010 Uprate shafts. All of
the former Pre 2010 Uprate shafts will be available for purchase so that all four 2010 Uprate shafts will not have to
be purchased to replace any one Pre 2010 Uprate shaft
So I don't know if I would do it without swapping the other shafts or using your shaft. What is your take on that Mike?​

Yes that would be the safest and Yes they restricted the lube holes in all the shafts in the trans in 2010.
