went to the utah auto rama and saw this truck there. didn't find the owner to talk about it but has a lbz in it. the whole truck has a lot of custom touches but was rushed on time. only could get a couple crappy cell phone pics.

Cool build but why i the hell did he use that antique air conditioning compressor. I have'nt seen one of those boat anchors in years.

That thing is sitting on a complete chevy 2500/3500 frame with all the drivetrain. I believe Kindigit Design built it. Or they at least did the amazing body work/paint. A few years ago at the utah autorama they displayed it in progress in bare metal. Amazing workmanship.

Probably because he wanted onboard [compressed] air????

If you look, he still has the factory AC compressor...which is the one actually used for cab air conditioning.


Did'nt notice that until you said that and i looked at the pic again. I still think i would have done something a little more modern than that though.

for an onboard air compressor? Like what? :confused:

Everyone uses the York AC compressors for onboard air. They kick ass and there is nothing better for anywhere CLOSE to the price of them.
