If you want more power and don't have the money to pay for a built motor when yours blows, ask me how I know, then do it right. Get injectors and another turbo. I pushed mine to around 580 or so and cracked a piston, but I was ready to build the motor and wanted to see what it could take. Not saying you don't know how to tune or anything but id learn more about the software and what works before attempting to max her out. I'll check out the tunes tomorrow.
Unless your using the timing calculator, I wouldn't even think about tuning your own truck using that tune. Your main injection shouldn't be 3000Us on every bottom cell... have you logged your truck at all? You have lots of timing in areas you don't really need it, also, setting your base torque values is also odd..
whats with your injection numbers on DSP program #1? 30-40mpa and 1-20mm3???
The rest of your DSP tunes are worthless, or jus not completed...
I would throw this tune away and start from a completely stock tune, use JoshH's timing calculator, and log the hell out of your truck. 550-600rwhp with a tune like this is going to send pieces of your engine into outer space. 20* of timing at 2000rpm is going to make for some high cylinder pressures.

i didnt make this tune i got it from a friend as far as the rest of the dsp tunes i have not really done any thing with them so they r all stock if any body has time to make a nice hot tune for me i can send over my stock file and pay you for your time to make sure its safe for my bottom end
Talk to one of the tuners on this site and any would supply you a tune and it would run a lot better than it currently does.

Look into starlight diesel Zach fuller. see if he has a class coming to your area. he puts on a good class for tuning. its a great way to get a good grasp on tuning.
if your talking about a white lly dustin tuned that truck had a batmo stocker with 100% over nozzles and i think a modded pump
it might have been and i thinkit did have 100 over not sure bout modded pump and i am going to the class in february thanks for the info guys i should have went to efi years ago the bully dog is junk wont never use it again
