Insurance told me I would of had to of had over $22k worth of damages to my truck before they would of thought of totaling it. Its a loaded 06 with 180K.

When we totaled our tahoe several years ago, the insurance agent said damages had to exceed 75% of replacement costs. The Tahoe had 9k in frontend damage, then they found the ripped shock mount (Alabama state law requires a new frame if damaged). Walked away with a 34k check for a 2007 loaded ltz Tahoe with 100k on it in 2010.
