Ordered the Suncoast conversion.Someone told me that the Banks 6-gun won't work with this,is this true...HELP!!
Don't know why it wouldn't.
Thanks Mike, Someone told me that it won't recognize the sixth speed and therefore not work right.:dontknow:
a few months ago I was talking with a guy in one of the chat rooms . said he was having his banks reporting the 6th gear as excessive slip or something to that effect. not sure if it was the 6 gun or the pda
I ran a BANKS PDA for awhile, 30k miles?? can't say ran it with a 6 speed.
install the 6 speed and put the banks on LVL 1, baseline test. If you have problems at LVL 1 your gonna have issues elsewhere.
I tried all kinds of stoopid crap with EFI and Banks... Banks is fun.

well my boss has the 6spd conversion on his 01 and he runs the edge with no problem so i would say you should be good with the banks.
