since you haven't disconnected the tie rods, or the loosened the control arms, your alignment will go back to the proper angles if you sent the torsion bars back to the same height.

Since it's bring back old thread time, everyone is worried about CV's and tie rods, what about the t-case itself, I can afford a couple CV's but I never did a 4wd launch cuz I was worried about my case...

probably quite a few thousand heavy boosted launches among the members here with very few t-case issues, so I say it'll hang. I have around 100 passes on mine alone.

my thought is if it doesn't wheel hop it should take a damn sight more power than stock to hurt the case, and in the case of wheel hop it's usually the tranny output housing that pays the piper.

If i were you id get a tuff country 4" lift kit and keep your larger tires. Your cv angles would be great so you wouldnt have to drop the tbars down at the track and you could keep it at a good heigth with bigger tires for offroading.

I have a tuff country 4" and my angles look just the same as his...

Guess I better lower mine before 4wd racing it.

Ok Thanks!! Better stock up on CV's and tie rods, my angles are way far from perfect!
