45% over mpg tune

Anyone made one that will do good around town? I've tried a few combos an not having very good luck or some tips how some have pulled MPG with 45% overs.

I only average 15.5 with 35's and 20's with 45%

im on 33" an 20"s i get like 13-15 im goign to go back to stock or maybe 30% overs or smaller if i cant get better mpg then this I cant afford to only go 300-350 miles a tank

All of it i've changed the pw in the crusing range and rasied and lowered the rail pressure ive bumped timing up and down an seen better results with stock rail and around 7-8* timing ive even played with pilot timing

You should be able to get the same mileage as you did with stock injectors. There is either something wrong with your injectors themselves, or your missing something in the tune.

Did you have them flow tested first? I bought brand new Bosch injectors from Exergy then honed out. At least send them off to Exergy before you consider downgrading in size. That's kinda counter-productive.

It could be a heavy right foot,, adjust the throttle base table to counter that...LOL

when i had dipper 40% overs in my truck, my tune was getting me a true hand calc'd 23mpg highway with my cruise set at 60mph. the secret is pyo's with 235/85/16 at 80 psi

Well any tips for pulling MPG I can make it run awesome but any tips guys?
