So far I haven’t seen anything to show that someone has pushed this charger to its limits as a single at the track. I’ve been mid 11s and 7.39 in the 1/8 on the stock motor LB7. 100s and 10mm for fuel. Truck runs clean so I know I have room left on the table, but was wondering if anyone here or knows someone that’s been in the low 11s or possibly faster on this charger as a single. My goal is to run low 11s on the stock engine with this turbo (69/74 .91) before I upgrade to the s372sxe or Reeds 74/74 1.0 s300. On the CompD it shows I’m around ~655-665rwhp with the current setup.

I’m watching as I have this setup sitting on the shelf ready to go on, have you hauled or daily drove the truck with this setup at all? Wonder if I will be able to get to similar speeds with 65’s instead? Def. have some altitude advantage to help

Yes I’ve towed up to 12k with it with zero issues, 100% smoke free daily driving it and towing (I’m at 4600ft) here on the ranch. Your 65s are good enough for this charger. So id have no worries there. I ran these times at a track that was 3800ft about 6500ft DA that day. I have raced this setup in Albuquerque which is 5300ft in elevation with zero issues spooling with a old stock stall precision ML.

Good to hear, do you have a full s300 kit? Mine was a pieced together find on CL ats intake hsp pedestal, hx40 downpipe and fleece install kit

Yes sir it’s the full HSP kit, with the HX40 downpipe as well. I’m super impressed with the charger, I’m just looking to push it further. They’re very common on compound setups but I just haven’t heard much about them on who’s making good proven power (time slips) on them as a single. If I knew this charger would have lit as well as it does I would have done the 1.0 housing instead of the .91

All this fancy talk makes me want to toss my old 369 on the rclb LML. :D

Are you gating around the .91 yet?

I love them as atmosphere chargers in triple setups if that counts, lol! Just finished a DP 72mmVGT/S369 Triple setup on the engine dyno with single cp3 and 200% inj on fuel only and made 85Psi boost at 1400degrees and made 1166hp 2173ftlbs uncorrected numbers. They are awesome in this setup for sure!:thumb:

This charger as a single has really impressed me honestly. No gate here yet. I see about 46-48psi on it and drive pressures are still in check so I see no need for a gate. When the track opens up I’m throwing it on the big tune. On the street it feels 120mph+, but we’ll see. It’s been 117mph on a 1650uS. I need to get the spare short block built so I can throw a 84 over it.

Nice, sounds promising. :thumb: Better get that short block built in a hurry!

We will hopefully make up to your stomping grounds this year for a few races. Havent made to the Hobbs or Roswell tracks yet.

I’m not sure if I’ll be making to many trips to Roswell this year. They really let it go last season.. it needs some work. Hobbs was really prepped last season I hope they keep it up. About a 3hr drive and I’m planning on making it March 10th for the tnt opener. If it’s a nice day.

We just tuned one similar setup, so far its been 11.5 with a poor 60 (not the best wheel tire setup)

Dyno from today

We just finished up an engine build that has an SXE369 along with 100%inj and a 12mm cp3 on it. Runs great for a fix vane single even though I'm not the biggest fan of them.:thumb: Definitely have to have the correct converter for it to be happy on the street and Tcm tuning needs to be on point then it is actually pretty decent to drive. Hope this helps you guys out.
