After putting quite a few miles on the truck with the new setup and new set of tunes from Josh, I am really enjoying it.

Definitely laggier than stock, no doubt about it. However, if you give it just a second or so to build a little heat it comes alive and spools quick. If you stab hard with no heat built up its going to be smokey and laggy for a few seconds.

It pulls much harder through the rpms and well past 100mph than it ever did with the stock turbo. Doesn't really have a fade in power until around 3800rpm but it is pulling strong to 4k. I believe WOT shifts are at 3600 rpm's right now.

Haven't been to the track yet, talking about going to the 1/8th this friday if everything plays out. No doubt it's faster than before. I think it will really shine in the 1/4 over the 1/8 with the way it feels on the street but the 1/8 is 20min down the road.

I may do another thread on the towing side of the twins, absolutely amazing with a load behind the truck! mind blowing! Especially when you forget to turn the tune down...:D Completely different animal with the trailer (10-11Klbs loaded up). Anything over 1800rpm's and it's a beast with the load.

I can accelerate and pass people up hills loaded no problem and EGT's are 1250 or less on the small tunes. Probably shouldn't push it as hard as I do but it is addictive! It's crazy that towing is more exciting than driving empty! :thumb:

Shifts are great, I occasionally have an odd lockup issue with my lockup box but I just need to check connections good.

No clue what MPG are now, haven't checked. The aux tank in the bed makes it hard to judge gal on fillup because a little lean to 1 side or the other effects it by several gallons.

Can't really say I needed to spend the money on the twins, but I enjoy the hell out of them now that they are on the truck!! :woott::woott::woott::woott:

Great to hear that Russ and I'm excited to hear what the truck runs in the 1/8th and yes it will be a monster In the 1/4 for sure.Sou ds like Josh got it dialed in nice, mine is the ssme way with cold turbos. If you don't have turbo blants try and get some anny heat you can build and keep will help a lot, it does o mine.My truck made 3 runs pretty much back to back and the truck got faster everytime.Make sure you get video from the truck and from the stands please.:thumb:

I need to hit up the guy on here that does the blankets, i'm sure it would help out by holding heat in the turbo and keeping it down in the engine bay as a whole.

I'll get video for sure if we go! I will be launching soft until I get things figured out, haven't done many launches with the new setup but I don't think it will take long to find the sweet spot! :thumb:
