Any updates on this? I'm having a similar "phantom limp" issue with my LBZ after removing the EGR and I'm wondering if it's the same thing. Mine is OS 6128

Give me a shout if you need any help Steve , but I havent had any problems with OS 12606128 , not sure what your using now ? Also try writing a single tune for it and getting that all dialed in and then convert to DSP OS and finish all the smaller tunes . There will always be some back ground codes but they usually never hinder performance once you max out the proper tables .

I doubt it would help but if your LBZ has B2231 and B2232 you could try 190 or so in all cells to turn off ECM control of boost.

Does the LBZ have B1501 EGR control? What about setting ECT and/or intake temp enablers to something unrealistic/backwards?

I was wondering why I still had reduced power in limp mode and found the reason in B0792. Glad I read this post!:thumb:
