32 lpm injectors vs %

What percent over would 32 lpm injectors be? I thought that they were 60% overs but i seen somewhere that industrials 32 lpms where only 40% overs. IDK

Depends on the bench 32's on ddp's bench would be a 60% over. 27lpm would be a 45% over
