We call them Donk's around here... you see a piece of shit caprice with 30's on it all the damn time... there's a white one around that has green, blue, and red polo stickers all over it... They throw truck axles under them with a lift and shove ridiculous wheels and money under a pile of junk car.

I want to run them off the road everytime.

I can deal with that better than when you see the same thing on classic muscle cars like old early 70s chevelle/cutlass/skylark. Those piss me off ruining a fine machine.
