I'm debating between keeping stock with the clamps, or what will happen if I pull the overload, and drop it 2" from a drop on the shackles. I'm hoping that whatever I lose in 60' could be made up with my airbags back there. Maybe air up the rear right a lil' more.

How does dropping the rear affect your 60'?
Jordan the stance of your truck in that pic, looks great!

I'm interested in adding some 2" shackles in the rear and just leaving the tbar bolts up front all the way out. But I'm curious as to how this will not only affect the times I'm at the track, but also daily driving. Closer to level I could get the better, again like Jordan's......

the more rake on the truck you can the better IMOP , I have found that it will help keep the front down . but i run with my truck level and it works fine but takes a good shock to keep things were they need to be .

I'm torn between lowering or stock height but leveled.....
Both look great to me. Mine is a daily driver and I work in construction. Everynow and then it'd be nice to not worry about dragging if I'm on some wet/rough land, etc. But my "fun" in the truck comes from racing not mudding.
I just can't make up my mind what looks better and/or what performs better for racing and/or for the most versatility.
Got some pics on my blackberry I just took of how it sits now, will see if I can upload them.

As far as I've seen there's no 3" drop shackle. A 2" drop shackle will lower it 2" as said. Much longer of a piece and it would contact the bed; a 2" will contact an LMM bed.
I've had them on mine since 100 miles and just recently changed to the sulastics with the 2" drop. Seems to me it handles and rides better. As for the decreased clearance I've never had an issue with dragging the rear in farm or construction work.

Get a 4in lift. Leave the bolts out and you will have the best of both worlds, clearance for offroad and flat cv angles for racing.

I have the TC like many here and if I ran the bolts all the way out itd be reallllly negative. IIRC my bolts are in like 15 turns and theyre still a hair negative

Are the Belltech 6403 3" drops adjustable? I'd like to have something adjustable from 2" to 3", any idears? And are Belltech's that much better than say Summit's? summit's are half the price. I think I'm gonna try the drop shackles and go from there. If I don't like them, hell it only cost $50-$100. I enjoy the labor on my truck.

The Summit shackles are actually re-labeled Ground Force pieces, which are sold for double the price when they aren't re-labeled. Summit doesn't even take the Ground Force stickers or instructions out of the boxes (or at least they didn't on mine). As has been said 2" is the most you could go without hitting the bed and if you buy one that is advertised as 3" it is likely rated at that for a different model truck since any 2.5" wide shackle will typically fit any truck with 2.5" springs.
