ok pulling into gas station. hard down shift then have 3 codes. after driving two hours

p0380 glow heater ckt problem
p0700 transmission control system fault
all three of these pop at the same time. Then it wouldn't shift past 3rd gear when I went to leave. pulled over tried to clear all codes but the P0700 would come right back. killed truck started over again. at least this time would shift all the way to 5th. parked it for 2 hours and all is fine. even drove it home 3 hours. all is still fine. any ideas. Just a glitch?
