You wanna coil spring/4-link it or leaf springs?
I might have a d60 from a dodge complete hub to hub including coils if you're interested. : )
If going high lift or need lots of articulation they say you need a SYE kit for the transfer case.
If you go with the elec transfer case good luck running all the wiring etc to put the switch on the dash like oem. They wire in through BCM IIRC. the manual transfer case obviously is gonna be easier but puts a stick through the floor.
You'll need all the parts to convert your trans to 4wd or just buy a 4wd trans & sell your 2wd. I'd prolly do the later if I were you.
. If not, you'll need a 4wd tail housing extension & output shaft at a minimum. Then I coulda swore MikeL said something about the planetaries (maybe???) are different in the 4wd so IDK about that. I believe there's a harness extension available from GM to extend the vss wires to the back of the transfer case. And you'll need to run a wire from 4wd actuator on the transfer case up to the tcm or ECM (can't remember which) that let's it know when you've engaged 4HI & 4LO so it'll know which shift tables to use in the tcm.
If you want to retain ABS you'll have to upfit the sensors to whatever axle you use or get an AAM front diff from a 3rd gen dodge that has the sensors already. I'd prolly just go without.
I can't remember if you can flash in a 4wd tcm tune to a 2wd tcm or not with efi live. I cant remember if you can do a full flash on those tcm to do so? If not, you'll need a 4wd lmm tcm. If so, just reflash with a 4wd tcm tune.
You'll need front & rear drive shafts. Prolly get rear driveshaft from 4wd at a junk yard? IDK if an oe front driveshaft works with the sfa or not. I'm guessing not but maybe?
That's all I can think of off top of my head without knowing what style susp you want it to be.
