New to the forum and to Chevy's. Sold my '02 F350 and bought an '06 2500 LBZ.
The truck I purchased has BFG 285 75R16 on stock rims. These are not listed as a factory option but, I really like the look and they do not appear to rub (but I've only had the truck for a week). They calculate out to 33 in height.
Is this common practice among Duramax folks to run this tire size on 2500s? I'm assuming the downsides are lower gas mileage, maybe a little harder on the transmission than stock.
Interested in opinions.
