2017 Duramax issues?

Buying a 2017 Duramax. What issues I need to prevent and need to be aware of?

This is what I am putting on it so for.
1. FASS drop in system
2. MBRP 5 inch filter back single side exhaust system.
3. S&B cold air intake.
Any other suggestion much appreciated.

Are you talking about removing the factory lift pump to install a FASS or the add on filter they sell?

Add the drop In filter. I was told it already has lift pump in tank.

Yes, I was going to suggest leaving the factory lift pump if you were planning to use the FASS pump.

The factory setup works really well, only saw .05 better back to back testing 1/4 mile

I’ve seen decent gains for power on the 17-19 trucks switching up air intakes. The 2020+ don’t see much at all.
