Ok, I took the truck to a tuner that used to work for the dealership 5 years ago. He hooked a laptop up and said that injector 7 was way off and number 6 was freezing at 0.0...whatever that means. He said it was like it didn't know if it should go into open or close loop or not. He also said that there is a software block on it that prohibited access to the tunes installed. He said he knows a workaround for it, but it will take time. I will keep you guys updated.

Why do I keep doing this?

If the tuning is aftermarket and is locked, I would be wary of messing with it. His "workaround" may be to overwrite the tuning with stock, and then you'll never recover your old tunes, plus have even more issues than you already do.
The problem is with the two injectors. Where did you buy the new ones from?
As has been posited before, you could swap those two around and see if the problem follows the injectors or stays with the wiring to those cylinders.

Well crap, I already dropped the truck off with him. I may have to go pick it up. It has a horsepower and delete tune on it. I don't know anything about software on these things. I shouldn't have done it then sounds like. He does custom tuning though....I know he put hp tunes on them. Surely he wouldn't mess it up would he?
Oh, and I bought the injector from rockauto. It was a duralast reman...he said they were junk. He also wondered if the other injectors were stock for some reason. He thought they may have been performance injectors....not sure how or why he thought that.

Sorry, it was a Dorman injector, not Duralast. I also replaced the fuel line with it. Here is the injectors I have changed with new ones...injector 3 (duralast), injector 8 (duralast)...both coded at dealership. Now injector 7 (dorman) not coded yet.

So, I have the truck back from the tuner. He said 2 of my injectors were bad and that the circuits tested good. He also said that he showed a vacuum loss of 3% and that anything above 1% indicated a vacuum/boost leak or bad injector seal. Below is the balance rates and some of the test info.

Personally I never recommend buying parts store injectors UNLESS they're genuine Bosch. Parts store brands have cause too many issues over the years as they're usually farmed out to one of the cheapest bidders. I've seen multiple bad out of the box that have been a nightmare to get warrantied etc.

Bosch is the OEM for these and makes a great injector. I will say my shop is a forum sponsor/approved vendor. Our price on a set of brand new Bosch for an LML is identical at $2624 because that is the MAP value for them. I'd me more than happy to help get you squared away if that's the direction you want to go.

Ok, how do I get in touch with you to buy them if I decide to do that?

Sorry for the late reply, I spent the weekend enjoying some R&R with family and friends.

You can call/text my cell or message me on here. I will say, a call will get screened by a robocall software so please be patient and leave a voicemail if you do.

With the craze of spam calls these days it's been a godsend.

I am still waiting for the injector testing to be performed. What's going on is that a friend of mine sent all 8 of his off to be tested. He said that regardless he is going to order a new set. Some of them are under warrenty through a shop doing work on it. I gave him your name and he will probably order through you. Anyways, he said if some of his test good, then he will just give them to me for free to throw in mine. I know, used injectors may not be a good idea....but you can't beat free. So, we are still waiting for them to be tested. They sent them up north to "s&s diesel" I think was the place. Anyways, we're still waiting.

Also, as a side note. I have been driving mine and all the codes went off but injector number 2 code. The code is different now though. Its P01CE. My scanner just reads "injector 2 performance". The fuel rattle and misfire is gone too. I might just have 1 bad injector and even it is firing. No smoke or nothing either. It runs good. It may have just had to work some air through or something. I did have the high side open. Who knows...the fuel systems on these rigs are just so picky.

Well, my friend finally got the results back on his injectors and all 8 of his tested bad. The shop warranted all 8 of them and they ordered them through S&S diesel. I tried to get them to order from you, but the shop insisted on ordering from the company that tested them, which is understandable I guess. On my truck, the injectors seemed to fix themselves with some driving. I don't have any codes now and it runs good. However, I am suspecting that a couple of them are close to failure, based on the very slight injector noise they have under load. Anyways, if mine fail, then I will for sure be ordering from you. Sorry that it didn't work out. I tried to get some business for you.
