The first three codes all have a bad ECM or chafed wire harness as a possible cause. The last air temp code might be ECM or wiring related, but rather points toward a dirty intake/filter (I know -- too easy). Do any of the harnesses coming into the ECM show any rub-thru at all??
They have already changed the ecm, all the sensors, the wiring measurements are good according to the electricians, the air, oil and diesel filters are new
