I have a question about the front disc brakes on my 2013 3500. I have the truck up on jack stands checking everything out and went to turn the drivers side wheel and it will only spin a little, not like all my other Dodge 3500's. I would think I should be able to spin the wheel more just like my other trucks. What do you think this may be? Rotor sticking possible? I will take it down off the stands and drive it around and see if there is a build up of heat at the hub with my hand and let you know. I am trying to figure out this newly acquired work truck I just purchased. Thanks for any suggestions.
