I had a guy stop in and ask me where his truck is supposed to display this. I was pretty sure they moved it to the DIC around 2009, but it wasn't there on his truck. I couldn't find any way to get it to show up scrolling through the DIC settings either. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

it is in my DIC display bottom center of the dash in my 2011. I am not with my truck right now, but I think it displays when the mpg is on the screen.
07+ moved to the DIC. Some trucks don't have the buttons to scroll, but if I remember right they can be added. Does he have the temp sensor behind the grille? The temp display in my 2011 shows up on most of the different screens. I leave it on Range all the time, so I can see miles remaining and outside temp.
He has buttons on the dash next to the instrument cluster, and I saw a temp sensor behind the grille. I scrolled through all the screens for odometer, trip, mileage, trans temp, etc, and it was nowhere to be found. I'm not sure why it isn't showing. It is a pretty heavily optioned LTZ.
Ours always show temp and compass unless i am in the options menu. Lower left gauge in both our 13's
