yup! i ran 14.99s in 2wd, 5th gear locked out on a edge w/ attitude only (no trans, no lift pump) on 37s so the 14s are not hard to hit. its trying to hit 13s and lower that take much more money to hit.
Should be able to just do a good trans, max effort tune, dpf delete, exhaust, intake. I think that will definitely get you into the 14s. Thats not that tough of a goal.
