I have banks intake and exhaust
I have ppe hot tuner
But I still have the stock turbo
What can I do to make this turbo whistle
Or what turbo should I buy to make it whistle loud

This will whistle at even idle. Sounds more like a jet turbine. Maybe that's not as cool.

Remove the intake resonator and cap it off. Then run a 4" exhaust straight back from a 3" downpipe. That's all you can do short of a turbo swap or going full retard.
