I've got a 2007 lbz 127k miles.

Well I replaced my lower radiator hose, started the truck let it idle and get to temp with no issues.
Drove it home from the shop, after romping on it few times having fun, I took off from a stop sign and kinda felt a weird miss but I cleared out right away. Got it in the driveway, let it idle and came back outside to it chugging and barely running.. hmmm
So I shut it off looked for fuel leak, filter was replaced 1000 mile ago or so..

Started it back up and it was just as bad. Brought the rpm up to about 1200 and it seemed to clear out. Back to idle and it started doing it again.

Started it this morning, took 5-10 seconds to start and had hard injector knock, like loss of prime. I checked primer and had prime. Even tried re priming.
Now it seems to be running on 6-7 cylinders.

Haven't got hands on efi live to check injector tables.

Anyone have Any further Ideas? Would be appreciated thanks.

You definitely need to get s scanner on it. Did you pull the oil fill cap while its running to check for blow by?

No it's just weird how it was all the sudden. I hope nothing internal.

I'll get a scanner on it in a few

Dead cylinder 4. Balance rate of 11.90. Rest of them are all sorts of out of wack. This was just a all the sudden thing too which I dont understand...

Would that one injector throw the rest out of wack a little

Now cyl. 6 showing 10.5 so it's basically dead seems like too?

Cracked piston? I sure hope not. It's not that bad I dont think it feels like its bad enough to be internal

Found water in the filter. Sludgy water......
That's probably my issue then..

Cyl 4 was at 11.98 and cyl6 at one point went to 10.68 then came back down.

Anyone know who has cheapest reman injectors? Or if it's rebuildable etc

What has you set on bad injectors? Try switch those injectors to a different cylinder and see if the bad balance rates follow them. If the same cylinders still have bad rates, it is not the injector

If you have water in fuel better get it out of the tank. I had to chase bad injectors all summer cause I got water in my fuel, it moved around from injector to injector (balance rates on EFI) when they where all pulled apart they were horrible inside with pitting and rust and lost my FPR also. It started with just one injector making a small rattle by the time a week later when I got a chance to tear into it farther and found all the water in the fuel it was too late an all my injectors ended up needing rebuilt, hope you have better luck then me

I pulled the cylinder 4. Going to get it tested. I've got seafoam I'm going to run it on and yes I'm draining the tank and going to try to push it all out of the fuel lines. Hopefully I don't run into multiples...

Did notice where I had a exhaust leak that there was almost spatters of black on my axle, like moisture or fuel being pushed through the exhaust.

Pulled the oil cap no blow by, doesn't smell like diesel in the oil.

Who do you guys recommend on where to buy a injector

If you want all the water out of your tank your going to have to drop it to swab it out by hand to make sure, back flush both lines from engine before you drop tank, drain old filter of water, run eng supply side with gallon of fresh fuel at eng, and place empty jug with hose from return side till engine dies, Re-install all removed fuel sys fill tank with known good station fuel then retest injectors after test drive, use favorite fuel sys additive. You want to buy factory rebuilt injectors only!

Drained the tank. Found water settled on the bottom. Not tons but it was still there for sure

No actually I forgot and did not swap them around, I had already cut ny filter open and there wasn't one at local parts store.

I got the nicktane fuel adapter coming also.
I ordered a new injector.should be here tomorrow I'm hoping.

How should I go about pushing the fuel from the rails back to the tank? All I could think of was to air pressure and take every injector line off and let it dump
