2007.5 lmm high idle

My 07 lmm will not idle up in cold weather it's turned on but it just won't kick in what can I check to see if it is a sensor or something I don't know how it works any info would help thanks for the help

Is it cold enough for it to be coming on?

Should be coming on around 32 degrees F and below, when read from the rearview mirror gauge.

My LMM high idle has come on is the 50's before. I wonder what causes it to kick in...... or in your case not kick in.
