I'm not sure that this should have been moved to the trans forum.

He could have delayed shifting because of a fuel issue, yes? I had that issue on my LMM back in '09. Maybe if it wasn't bounced into the specific trans forum he might have gotten some general troubleshooting advice first and found it was something else.

Kinda funny, your just proving my point, why would people bother posting anything if they get called a 'thick skull' and 'snowflake' ? We re supposed to be a community with the same dreams and goals.

This used to be that kind of forum. Lot of sledpullers and drag racers and generally interested hobbyists were here and we would brainstorm ideas and solve problems related to Dmax Performance, and had a camaraderie while doing so. It was a lot of fun.
But...over the past few years DD has changed to a "Help me, I dont know anything about my truck but Im a cheapskate and wont pay someone to diagnose my problem properly so you guys can be my free troubleshooting service" type place. They dont search, they dont read. These people will never contribute anything of substance here to "pay back" what they've received, either. They are "takers" only. Frankly, its disgusting, and I blame Google for it.
Mike and Evan (not to mention quite a few other older members) have gotten frustrated and tired of it, as you can read by their (and other's) posts. Why would anyone get on here for enjoyment if all it ends up being is even more work solving other people's problems from afar with little to no info? This isnt their job.
Hell, you've been here almost a year and havent contributed anything, so where do you get off lecturing those who do almost every week?

I've posted a few things, so i have tried to contribute. Maybe us newer guys should get off the forum and let it go back to a few sledpullers from the midwest who know each other.

What's really annoying is these little twerps come in whining and wanting help, then don't bother to even share what was wrong. The original post was November 12th....

He probably figured out his shifter was in 3rd instead of drive. After a few years of living in his mom's basement, and some counseling at his local college "safe zone", I'm sure this little millennial snowflake will be OK though.

You realize this forum started with most of its members being drag racers from California right??? Lol....

Thought about that, but he didnt say anything about any fueling issues or ECM codes to help explain it.

As it is, as long as it's ok with Mike, Im closing this one.
