Question: 2003...Buy or pass?

I have the opportunity to purchase a 2003, 100 % stock, no trips to the dealer for problems and/or warranty work. Never seen a mechanic except for routine maintenance. 77,845 miles. For what it's worth, the Carfax is clean. All replies appreciated.

One of the few 2500hd's that is a Paw Paw truck. Used more as a car (laughable). And yes, I have the 3K budgeted for injectors.
