LB7: 2002 GMC rough idle and white smoke

Hi guy's
New to site, just installed brand new injectors from GM and truck still has rough idle and blows white/blueish smoke, light smoke at idle, more smoke when driving and higher RPM, same problem before new injectors installed, all research pointed at bad injectors, fuel filter is new, no tuner or programmers, need some help,

check for a bent rod, low compression leaking valve, look at balance rates for a clue which hole to check, should be around 375 or 400 on lb7. thats psi for compression test.

When you rev it up to 1800 does the smoke clear?
Where are you located?

No the smoke doesn't clear when reved up past 1800,
How do you do a compression test on a diesel,
I'm in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

buy a diesel compression tester and pull the glow plug:thumb:
try not to break it off in head

make sure it has adapter for early duramax, remeber the lbz/lmm glow plugs have a different adapty, same threads, but they are deeper in head so adapter is longer
