yeah sorry i had just spent a couple hours researching and was frustrated lol

10,000-15,000 cheaper is better ;)

Where do you live? (it helps for finding you a reputable trans builder)

Here is how I would do it (did it)
1. Built trans $4-5500
2. EFI live $500-600 for tuning and an autocal
3. 75/80mm over stock compound turbo kit 3500
4. Lift pump 250-650 depending on pump setup
4. Steering tie rod sleeves and cognito or dirty hooker centerlink braces 350

Roughly 10K and has the potential to bend the rods in your engine, 600+RWHP. The twins will allow you to pull anything and still offer enough air to haul some serious butt. You will be on BORROWED time with the rods at anything past 500... Most of the good tuners have figured out how to make these engines live at the 600 range but nothing is guaranteed.

Built engines are substantially more money 10-20K depending on components.

Enjoy.

This is how I would start,

Built trans (suncoast, mike, evan)
Lift pump
Tie rods
Cognito braces
Boost valve
Efi Live setup from Danville Performance.

Solid 500rwhp setup and with proper 4x4 setup will destroy most vehicles on the street.

I'd probably get an S&B or Banks intake and 4" exhaust, a lift pump, LBZ FPR, a DP BMW IHI turbo or DTS 64, 45% over injectors, head studs (although not really necessary...till they're necessary...) EFI live, gauge set, built trans, IFS components (like braces and a PISKit at a minimum) add a set of traction bars and then wait to see how long it takes the G80 to take a dive...

At this point, you'd ready for a twin kit that can sustain the "700whp goal" you currently have, and when you do enough research, build the engine and add another 12k to your budget, you'll realize that goal...hopefully

I wouldn't worry about mileage. I have 275,xxx miles and enough hp for 12.5 sec 1/4 mile passes. Just don't be in a hurry take your time. Do things the right way first time around. And remember weight reduction is life.

I'm not exactly close (about 300 miles south), but I can help with whatever you need assistance with. I can take care of everything on that list, or if you would like to provide a detailed description of what you want to do with the truck and what sort of performance you want out of it, I would be happy to create, with you, a detailed step by step plan of action for achieving your goal with what mods and in what order they should be done.
