2001 GMC Front End Make over / Update

As some of you may know my "Tow Rig" was wrecked when I borrowed it to some one to use , they hit a tree, it wrecked the front end pretty decent , I decided to take the insurance money fix it myself and do some upgrades at the same time .

Details............... truck is a 2001 GMC , I upgraded to a 2004 Chevy front bumper outfitted with a Street Scene SS bumper cover ( i have always loved them ) updated it to a 2004 style GMC grill and put a Street Scene insert in the grill , Cow Induction hood , and Projector head lights .

I really like it and after I get some paint on it it should look real good IMOP . Looks a little silly right now as I just put smaller tires on it to be ready to pull the lift kit off in the next week or 2 . also have to change the bumper mount brackets I built a bit , built it with the wrecked grill on just to get it semi fixed while waiting for parts to arrive , and after straightening everything up it now is sitting crooked and has to be mover towards the drivers side about an inch

Thanks Tony , hopefully I can get the new parts painted in the next few weeks , still have to install the roll pan so I an can paint it at the same time and build a hitch to work with it .

No.............:roflmao: My wife made me those and her vinyl cutter / printer onle has certain fonts but I thought she did a good job , I am having some stickers and billet badge's made soon justy have to get a minute to design them , all my twin kits will come door badge stickers and the triple kits and more expensive twin kits will come with the billet ones .

Hey Trent you should cut the bars out behind the grille I did that on mine lots cleaner look ill do it real fast when you come up if you want looks freaking good though man lots better then last time I seen it for sure

billet badges? The sleeper dually justifies a subtle 'warning' to others. Something to compliment the 'Square Dancers Rule" bumper sticker I'm thinking of :roflmao::spit::rofl:

is the street scene ss bumper cover the same "bumper" you have on the race truck? should look real good painted up!!! you need to leave the lift on and swap in some daytons:roflmao:

I'm not a big fan of the Chevy bumper with a GMC grille, but other than that, it looks good :thumb:
