So last week, I had a DE downpipe installed at the same time I put in a GMAX 6 trans. I haven't updated my EFI live tune yet, still waiting in it.
Now I have something wrong with my EGT's. My edge insight probe shoots up like crazy. It falls down very quickly too. The probe is in the drivers side stock manifold. It goes up to 2000F under moderate throttle and sometimes idles at 1300-1400F.
I also have a probe in the passenger side attached to my sp w/m kit. The egt's are reading about the same as they were before, but I never really paid attention to that one because it always read way higher (300-400F) than the edge did.
Any ideas?
