LLY: 2 dash lights that wont go out

Im having trouble getting my boost sensor low voltage to go away after going with a fixed turbo.

And a buddy of mine was having troubles with his turbo not working properly. It ended up being the turbo portion of his ecm that wasn't functioning correctly.

I swapped ecm's with him and I cant get the anti theft light to turn off. Even after disabling it. Any suggestions?

the vin is programmed to every module, the other modules arent recognizing the vin in the ecm.

Can i change the vin in the tune and fix that
