Anybody have any rules that says where a fuel cell must be mounted? I know fuel cells are being allowed in some ares but I can not find any rules on mounting.

Only rules up here on that are the fuel cell must be properly installed. Whatever that means. Mines mounted securely in the LF front of my bed.
