Theres quite a few shops that do. I think Fleece is a Borg dealer. Or you could just buy an off the shelf S400sx3 in 71 or 75 mm and just have a machine shop weld a bushing in the cover and machine it to 2.5" Then just buy a new cover if you ever decide to bump up.
