$2.17/gal for diesel in Oregon...

Just filled up at the Safeway in Albany, Oregon 56 gallons at $2.17/gal. I doubt if that price will stay that way for very long. I've been filling some extra containers.....

How the heck is that possible for it to be over $1 cheaper in Oregon than it is here? Is our fuel tax that high in PA? Were at $3.35 in pittsburgh.
