Please dont hate on my for not beliving you mpg I dont belive much unless I see it myself lol.

you know I believe you because myself, fatherinlaw, coworkers, friends, all have dmax trucks (most work at the flint truck and bus plant ) and we all see crappy mpg above 65mph. I see 12 pulling my 13k 5er at 65mph throw in hills and down it goes. empty at 70 is 18-19. if the wind is at my back pushing hard I might see 1-2 better

I've gotten 24.5 on a trip driving 55 when I had an economy tune and a stock turbo. I normally got 19-20 on trips driving 70 empty. Towing heavy 14 or so. With my big single I can still get 19-20 empty but my towing mileage has suffered a bit, now I get around 12 pulling a load I got 14 pulling with the stock charger. Probably due to the fact I have to downshift a bit for long grades.

I own a landscaping business and pull alot. Even our 3500hd dump trucks with 10ft dumps get above 12-13the pulling our 20-24ft trailers with the s250s and s300s. Mind u thats 95% under 65mph tho. My truck in sig i take out west pulling enclosed trailer 18ft with gear ect and get 14.5-15 average almost every trip. Ive never gotten worse the 12mpg on any truck i own. This is all hand calculated also.

Best ive done is 21.7 empty and 17.1 pullin an car hauler with my lifted tracker on it for a nebraska and south dakota hunting trip. And im not a liar. I really could careless what it is really. But i keep track because of splitting the fuel costs thru the other guys in the trip.
