I think the valve is only around $37.00. It's pretty pricy in stainless, It's alot cheaper if you go brass fittings with stainless line. I have a parts list somewhere around on this site. I'll take a look @ my old post's.
I remember it was for the SS one like yours.
Yes my 1792 lasted through the winter just fine. If you have a bypass and dont run it the lifespan is much greater. My PPE pump only gets turned on a couple times a month and at the track. Other than that it stays off because I dont want to burn it up fast.

These are the old post's, it was on DP!

All my fittings/tube & check valve were bought out of Mcmaster Carr Industrial supply catalog www.mcmaster.com . The check valve has a .33psi cracking preasure with a (viton) O-ring. The fittings are Swageloc Stainless compression, and the Tube is 1/2" Stainless. You will need to make a bracket, to move the pump away from the frame 1" in order to do the 180 with the fuel line. I used a 6" piece of 1"x1" stainless, 45'd the ends and capped them. Hope this helps.

No flare tool needed, just a cheap ol tube bender from Napa.

Edelbrock wanted a pump that would run for 2000 hours. Its not for continuous use. Also it pumps 160gph @ 0psi @ 12volts, 10gph @ 12psi @ 12 volts, Just FYI.
