Its just a box unit , it give the converter its own lock up signal just like a switch but the propper way ( PWM ) , and fools the TCM into thinking it is still calling the shots . More complicated than that but give you an idea of what its doing .

from my understanding the co-pilot controls the gain valves where as the allylocker connects into the bale connectors and fools the TCM

Sort of. The copilot will force the converter to lockup, but it also adds line pressure to some of the clutch packs similar to what the transgo valves do.

how much did it run you? I have the same problem. No matter what i do i can only get my converter to lock in 5th gear.

Have you tried the tcm changes I made for you? I have one more to test before the lockup controller goes in, but I need feedback.

I wish it was driver error im pulling out all the stops this weekend... im gonna put those Drag Radials to work and have that lockup controller in. Might pull the backseat
