Yes. The 72 is based on a 4094 that is ported and has a new wheel. Since mine has a junk wheel ill just have mark port it and add the wheel. Bang 72.
Probably next year. See how this thing runs as a single first.

I'm curious, do you need the VVT for pulling workstock? Why not switch to a regular turbo since you have the foundation for a really strong truck?

I don't need the vgt for anything really. I like the drivability of it but the main reason I am keeping with it is the $$ aspect. To upgrade my charger to a 72 will be around $600+ shipping. To switch to a GT4202R I would be in the $4700 range and I don't think the PPE kit comes with an intake. And it is way more work to switch.

You are very biased against the VGTs lol. I talked to Mark yesterday. I know he made 894hp on this 72. I have high hopes to make over 800 on fuel only. If that doesn't happen then I will be looking into fixed vane. And I know the S472 is cheaper than the 4202 but, if I'm going to do it, I'm going all the way. A lot of the cost is the install kit. The difference in charger prices isnt a killer. If it was as simple as bolting on a 4202 I would have already done it.

lol why you hatin soo hard, I like the vvt for drivability and eventually wanna twin over it....lots of guys have done it
