Find someone that works at a power plant or refinery somewhere and see if you can get the water from the demin and deionized supply. That should be the best you can get for keeping stuff out of the engine. That is the same water that they use in steam boilers.

When i tore my engine down it was really clean not sooted up due to the water meth
