Number 3 injector is reading +9.0 at operating temp, while all others are +0.8-2.0 in drive, would that be causing the low fuel rail pressure, all injectors are good except that #3.I put a fuel pressure gauge to the liftpump, and it's putting out 12psi so I know it isn't the problem. Assuming the injector?
