Agreed I'll not eat there again either. Maybe I will see you then if it works out.
I'll be at my shop and near the track all day, so I should be able to get in line early..See you guys there...

I certainly hope so, it's an 1/8 mile track...
Right Kat?
Not sure, I haven't been in a year and a half...All I know is that I'm not eating at that place we went after Fontana
lol it would be pretty bad if you dont run a 7.79 1/8 miles
Am i the only one who didnt get sick after eating there that day ? glad i only ate half of my food lol
I guess I shouldn't even go then
Do you have any racing tips for me?:rofl:
I know your joking , but try to get the left lane out there . Sometimes the newbs with turn out right in front of you at first turn out . I always go full length instead of trying to make first turn in 4wd . Almost killed a few guys that turn in front of me . I scared the chit out of them locking the kodiak up . Scared me too , I dont want to hurt anybody . From there on they always give me left lane .
Gate open at 4 , tech moves pretty quick . 20$ to race 10$ to watch . Racing starts at 5 . You will get a decent amount of runs in until about 7 . Then it starts to get pretty stacked up in staging . It is pretty random and the crowd , but still usually start taking a while to get runs in after 7 . Then there are all the damn ricers scattering trans out there and holding up the track with cleaning .
Left lane is better anyways also for traction , all the fast cars take left lane .
I should be there , I have to go to San Diego at 1pm . I hope traffic isnt to bad . towing the black truck out , might race kodiak might not .
Fixed a few of my issues and am doing FPR right now on truck . I hope it is secondary one and I dont have to dig down to primary pump .
See you all out there .
Johnny

I didn't get that text :baby:
Chris, when you gonna run the 1/4? I would like to see how your tune does in the 1/4 in your truck. With not much of a lift and sensible sized tires I'm guessing 12's. Mine with the same weight had similar 60's but I just couldn't carry it on the top end.
1.748 60', 8.29 @ 81.65...Went to CAT scales on the way home, 7525 lbs...It'll never set any records, but it ran pretty good tonight...
Damn, busted
Gonna try to run Fontana soon while it's still cool...Tonight I ran max timing and boost with a 3,000 pulse...285s with 33psi front, 30 rear, lowered t-bars, CalTracs...
Just a puff of smoke on the launch, then it cleaned right up...
Did I mention that it doesn't smoke?
