Yeah new TCM is a bitch, hopefully they release some software to get into the pig and make some changes, not that I know what I'm doing haha but maybe Rob will have something to fix the TCC lockup BS.
I have an 08 I can try. It has a different OS then mine. is there any way I can tell if it will work or do I need to full reflash it?

Ok, the 08 TCM worked in my 10. The only thing I am having trouble with is that 2 times now I have got a "P0659 Actuator Supply Voltage A High" code. The first time it happened when the key was on but truck was not. I had just flashed in a trans tune when it happened. The only change in the tune was shift point raise. I reflashed it again and everything was fine. Then I stopped to get fuel after about 100 miles with the 08 tcm. I was in the truck waiting and turned the key on with truck not running, to reset my DIC, and it came on again. Cleared it and everything is fine now. Tried to duplicate in driveway with no success. Left key for a while strated and shut it off numerous times thinkin it may be a multiple trip thing but it isn't doing it now. Any ideas?
it is working fine now. I think there was something screwed up with the tune I was trying to flash. That OS works fine for mine. Get one and have the dealer flash it for you.
I forgot to post back on this, A A40 out of a 07.5 will work in a 2010 that had a A50 and also the other way around A50 in the 07.5 with no codes, shifts normal, remote start works ect.... I'm sure this is old news now and especialy since EFI Live said they are going to work on support for the A50 soon so no one will probably really be doing this anymore anyways.
