09 LMM DPF delete in DFW area

I live i arlington,tx right in between dallas ans ft worth. I am looking to get a 09 4 door dully. Is emissions testing the same for a Diesel as with my mustang gt. I have herd yes and no just trying to do a dpf and cat delet with a tune. Would it pass in my area with these mods. Frist time diping my foot in the truck world. I have to jump through hoops to get my car done as it has an O/R X pipe on it

I am in DFW area too. Living in Hurst. Diesel doesnt require emission test in Tarrant County as i know of. There are few counties such as Austin and nearby that i heard does emission test on Diesels. But i had my truck passed last 3 years with no DPF or cat. They only perform safety inspection on Diesel in Tarrant. Thats what I know of as now....
